This garden bell has a sweet designed ban of cobalt spirals. Can be hung or used by hand. She has a sweet litte ring and has beautiful blushing flashes.
Twine is not tied tight for adjustment purposes.

Shipping Purchases; I usually ship 2-4 business days after receiving payment and shipping address information. I take extra care in packing my work (and use recycled materials when I can) and ship USPS (insured), so we need a street address please.
